If you’ve ever wondered what meditation is all about and how it’s possible to do it, especially in a very busy life, or if you want to answer other people’s questions about meditation in a really relatable way …
… here is a must-listen podcast. (It’s also available on YouTube and Apple).
Whether you meditate already or not, I think you’re going to find Kadam Adam’s conversation with Garry both encouraging and interesting, not to mention practical. And very entertaining.
No time? Well, I listened out on a walk, and my walk was very enjoyable as a result. And you’ll discover that it is going to SAVE you a lot of time. And stress. And sanity. Etc.

I loved this podcast and just listened to it for a second time.
Such good advice to take care of our minds and to remember that we are human beings, not human doings.
Yaaay, I love it too and would love it to reach a really wide audience.
Very interesting and insightful. Thank you for recommending.
My sanity is the #1 thing meditation (and wisdom) has helped me with. This world seems to makes less and less sense every year. This podcast was great – practical and entertaining too. Thank you for passing it along.
Listening and meditating now! (for a few min at least at work)🙏🏼
Aw, that’s great! Did you like it?
I love how wide-ranging and creative this conversation is, and yet how it also stays on point all the way through — leaving the listener with a very clear and confident sense of how to get going with meditation and how it will help. Garry also asks excellent questions and has a lot of great everyday examples to contribute of his own.
Thanks for taking the effort to do this podcast, I hope it reaches a lot of people in our stressed out world. I also hope you can have this conversation with many more people from all walks of life ‘cos it’d get more people interested in meditation and modern Buddhism.
Yes, I think you’re spot on with all of this, thank you for sharing 🙂
