A window into Kadampa Buddhism

Kadampa Centers everywhere welcome everyone and provide communities in which to learn about and practice Buddha’s meditations and teachings as an effective way to solve our daily problems, grow spiritually, and transform our world.

On this very cool date of January 1st 2020, I want to share a beautifully made video of one of these 1400 Centers because it seems to be a good representative of all the others. Credit and thanks go to film-maker Josh Ruzansky.

    Wow!
    You and the sangha there in Colorado sure are getting the word out about what Modern Buddhism is. Everyone seemed so natural and relaxed, I hope to meet them all one day. Thank you for sharing. Awesome video, very compelling and fun to watch.

    Bravo and congratulations to KMC Colorado for a wonderful and inspiring presentation of modern Kadampa Buddhism practice. I particularly enjoyed the candid, heart-felt interviews with each practitioner. It is also so important to recognize the warmth, strength, support and joy of being a part of a sangha, a community of people who are like-minded and kind-hearted.
